For the last month or two I have woken up most days with pins and needles in my left leg I feel it just when I start moving my leg and goes in seconds. The last week I have been getting random waves of pins and needles in left leg when I am walking... by waves I mean it comes and goes suddenly lasting seconds (but feels a bit worrying especially when walking down stairs). It's my foot and lower leg and it feels like normal pins and needles but without the usual (sitting on the leg) trigger and not as intense as the full painful pins and needles... has any else experienced this sort of thing?
