Briumvi

So I started my first dose of Briumvi this past Saturday. My question to those that have been on it or those that were on it.. after your first dose of the infusion did you feel fine? Or did you feel off like I'm feeling.. please let me know so I know if it's normal or not .. I have no side effects nor rash or anything just the feeling off part.

On infusion day I felt wiped and I also have a little residual fatigue and “weird” feeling overall. This is normal especially if you consider the fact that when the medication kills your B cells they release a bunch of cytokines which then cause some residual inflammation and the general punk feeling you can get when you get a cold or flu. It’s never lasted long for me. Good luck!

@mac78 appreciate your comment... I definitely do have the residual fatigue... thank you hopefully these feelings do go away after taking the second dose...
