Heat struggles
How do you alll deal with a heat wave one is coming again and I fell last time I was on the apartment so I was ok I was able to get up and get in my bed. This heat is worse than it was last year I’m not sure what to do besides stay home in the cool but if i have to out the trouble starts any suggestions for me to get through this
I stay in at all times to avoid the heat. I know there are those who do not have that option but if you do I would take it.
@WPerrotto noted all volunteers activities canceled i even asked for permission for class to stay at home it’s literally a bit to much
