No matter how warm/hot my feet feel like blocks of ice I know they are not cold but is due to my MS. Sucks.
The cold flashes…so uncomfortable. All of a sudden I’m chilled to the bone. Oppositely, I can also be in an air conditioned room and sweat through my clothes. I’ve never had good temperature regulation, but it will always be a bizarre experience nonetheless. Definitely not alone!
