My daughter had her senior sports game and I had to attend. It made her so happy I didn’t know. I had a walk to the middle of the football field with the other parents and seniors I did it and I didn’t even fall. But you know the old adage, one day of fun, two weeks of recovery. My question is why does my back hurt so much mostly in the center of my back?
