Nighttime numbness
So people wake up with numb arms/hands frequently but when your up and starting your day your hands work perfectly fine and you don’t deal with numbness ? I wake up with numb hands a lot and have no symptoms during the day.

This happens to me because I lay on my arms when I'm sleeping.
So if you wake up with numb hands and then a couple of minutes after stretching and freeing up the arm it becomes normal then it could be you are squashing a nerve or blood supply to the hand by sleeping on your side or having your elbow bent. My consultant said this and it's not related to Ms.
