Hello all, A couple years ago, I was diagnosed with collagenous colitis. Basically my immune system decided to attack it and my large intestine and colon now have too much collagen, resulting in some uncomfortable and difficult to manage symptoms. Does anyone else have CC or another form of colitis? What has helped you manage it besides going gluten/dairy free and cutting alcohol and caffeine? Thanks!
