Do not worry, nurses are very nice and you will learn it quickly. If you have questions about it they can answer for those too. I'm on Kesimpta more than a year now and I was very anxious about it. I use both applications and there is a video too, if you need to inject yourself alone, this always could be a help. Be brave!
