Moving on from ocrevus

I was diagnosed with MS 9/2020 by December I was on ocrevus and took it till December 2023. Life got in the way and It wasn't until June 2025 I went for blood work to start back June 2025 and doc said my immunological (sp?) Was to low . He said let's retest in December for next ocrevus 1/2026. Had blood work and my either igg or igm dropped another 100 points and the other the test just says under 25. He now says nope ocrevus is off the table now have to research new DMT.

Damn dude—I’m sorry to hear this. What other options are on the table? I heard there are B cell inhibitors rather than depleters—have you considered those? They are still high efficacy relative to older drugs.

@slamminsammyms he said we will talk at next appointment but that's 1/29 so I've been doing my research and with my immune system the way it is it will most like safe to use tecfideria, aubagio and copaxone. Is what's going to be offered. They are the only ones offered that won't hurt my immune system any father but they all to come with their own issues like tecfaderia comes it drops lymphocytes(white blood cells)
