Vitamin d

My neurologist said I need to take vitamin d tablets alongside my treatment, do you take vitamin d tablets and if so which ones 😊

6000 units a day, started at 1 like month later 5 after mri 6 now. I usually use natures made last time they didn’t have any 5000 ones just the 1000 so got bronsons basic 5000 and still natures made 1000 to get my 6000

I’ve been taking the tablets my doc prescribed once a week. When I’m out, I take the Nature tabs from Walmart.
