Just had my Covid and Flu jabs.

One in each arm! Feel fine so far. Taking ibuprofen and paracetamol every 4h as a precautionary measure. Mrs S also had hers and she is feeling fine. Sadly, neither of us is experiencing a better 5G signal :( https://www.instagram.com/reel/DAvL1ToMmLr/?igsh=ZGJzNTFlenN0dmsy

This morning we both have a slight ache and bump in the Covid arm and nothing in the flu arm. Other than that we both feel fine. I had a good sleep, I eat a good diet (sounds terribly self-righteous I know!) cooked from fresh, and stay as fit as I can. Mrs S is going out to work and I have lots to be doing here. The 8k ride across Canada next year is all consuming! I’ll probably take a couple of paracetamol to avoid any hassle. I have booked into spinning again tomorrow. The jabs are safe and they work. Because science!
