Fermented foods - A double whammy of deliciousness

It has turned out to be delicious. Can't post pics here, sadly. It is a very vivid shade of darkish red. It was a very high hydration dough and was tough to handle. And...the spring onions don't add anything. The entire bulb of garlic roasted until soft and sticky is the perfect addition. The recipe makes it sound very difficult. I wouldn't do it as my first ever loaf. If you are interested in sourdough there is a great YouTube tutorial called 'Sourdough 101' on a channel called 'Bake with Jack'. I got started with that 4 or 5 years ago. Now my wife has bought me an early Christmas pressie of an advanced sourdough baking course at Shipton Mill where I get all my flour from. I think she is after more sourdough cinnamon buns!
