Feet

Does anyone get real bad cramps and pins and needles in feet when sat down and feet go a funny colour.

yep mine go purple, went to the GP referred to hospital. They checked my pulse on my feet, that was strong. They said my blood was slow to pump up my legs, and I need to get some compression socks, just ordered some, will give a try - good luck

@deano I had all that checked to. they said the same. I wear them socks with no toes in at the moment.
