Feeling like falling backwards

Hi, Recently I have had a strange feeling that I am going to fall straight backwards when walking. I have only had it twice but it's a strange one. Anyone experienced this?

Yes I have has this. I will often feel like I’m going to fall forward as well. It’s an equilibrium issue. It could be due to inner ear issues or just brain lesions. It’s really common with MS. I am seeing a PT for it at a Neurological Rehab. Best of luck and be safe!
