Hi @Djcox, I take Kefir each morning. Happily, I like the taste too. Having read, and heard, so much about "gut health" I figure it's got to be of benefit. I also take two pro-biotic tablets each day, which I have found very beneficial in keeping me "regular" (apologies if that's "t.m.i."). Best wishes, Jon
