Learning to have patience
I know I’m pretty early in my MS diagnosis even though I’ve probably had it for the past 3 to 4 years but this is the most frustrating thing ever. They keep saying the first year is the hardest cause you’re learning how to live your new life with your diagnosis . It is also very lonely regardless of if you have a loving and caring Family. I’m tired and fatigue and today’s the first day in like a week and a half that I felt good because of the heat in the changing of the barometric pressure, but I still feel extremely fatigued and tired.

It’s frustrating, and exhausting! You are absolutely correct! Heat sucks, and drains us quickly. Stay cool, stay hydrated, and find something that peaks your interest, and keeps your mind busy. You are absolutely correct, MS is a wicked lonely disease! No one fully understands when we try to explain our invisible illness, and the shade they throw is not necessary. I hope you find your footing, and start to strive! Living well with MS is possible, but you have to be willing to change your diet, and keep your body in constant motion. Letting the muscles seize up is not good. Keep reaching out, you are not alone, we are all just on our own little journeys, with a digital lifeline.
