Hello Angie, I’m roy. Is nice to meet you. Sorry they took so long but atleast they figured it out. Meds can’t really say what is really the best as most are pretty =. I’m on ocrevus infusions and havnt had any side effects and is every 6 months that makes it nice. It takes average of 4 hrs tho for the infusion. There is also a new ocrevus injection that is a lot quicker but I’ve only had the infusions so far. For your pain talk to your doc about getting something for it. If it’s a possibility for you marijuana is nice as it helps with both pain and the spasms ms brings.
