My moment of anger

So I had my first real flare up with MS actually at the end of 2023 and I didn't get officially diagnosed until the end of 2024 (it was a pain to set up all those MRI appointments, which was why it took so long) Anywho, sometime after I got the diagnosis, I had to return to my day job at a fast food place, and as you can imagine, that involves a lot of physical labor that I just couldn't jump on any more. My workplace, for the most part, has been accommodating. I say, "most part", because often when I bring up those needs for rest, it's met with an annoyance or a mild dismissal before they begrudgingly accept it. I'll admit, I was frustrated one day and it reached a point where a mildly snapped at a coworker. They were saying something to the effect of, "Why is he just sitting around?" in this annoyed tone. So I got up in their face, with my hands behind my back and a smile on my face, and said with a hint of venom "Because I have MS and get fatigued. But thank you for reminding me I have five less years on this planet. :)) Needless to say, that exact coworker sank into themselves and haven't said more than a few words to me since.
