I feel hysterical sometimes

So last night I started with dysphagia and had it all night, panicked wrote my Neuro but didn't get response cause well it was 4am went to ER and they called my Dr and sent me home... I don't know when to call my Dr or when to go to the hospital... Any tips to learn when it's a problem that will pass and when to the ER?

I usually get the swallowing difficulties when eating or drinking, I suffer from aspiration so sometimes solids and fluids seep into my lungs.

Hey! I get it a lot as with my other auto immune disorder, I see stars to the moment I feel as though I’m going to pass out, luckily I haven’t passed out yet. I just try and breathe through it, I’m still here 25 years after being diagnosed
