Aluminium in the brain (scientific study)

I spotted a news story on Facebook which stated they found significant amount or aluminium in the brains of people with Autism, Alzheimers and Multiple Sclerosis. I wonder if anyone else has noticed this and done.any digging. Your body can get rid of it apparently but I'm sceptical. Edit: I have fact checked this and not just used Facebook as a source.
