Hi Deedeex, sorry your son is having to deal with this so young. It must cause you so much anxiety too. The Ocrevus is unlikely to cause nystagmus or make it worse - that’s not one of the side effects. But it is a direct symptom of MS so this could be a continuing relapse. Ocrevus works well to reduce relapses but it doesn’t have its full effect for 12 weeks, possibly even six months. Hope it starts to work well for him soon!
