Sleep paralysis
Anybody else have to deal with this? What a joyous experience, waking up completely paralysed head to toe and unable to breathe. Brain and nerve damage, the gifts that just keep giving 😅
Guess 🤣 it could be worse, I once spent about an hour in an MRI with Heart Radio playing and no way to stop it 😭

Yes but it has nothing to do with Ms at all tho but yea it sucks I've had it happen occasionally since I was 14
