Certain of nothing, unsure of everything

I think this is the best way to live, to a point. Absolute certainty is an impossiblity and a healthy amount of skepticism is helpful. After all I can't really tell you the sky is blue, as what blue to me might not be blue to someone else. Equally someone tries to tell me a certain diet will change my life, I'll try to find out for myself rather than put my trust in them by their word alone. But for all intensive purposes the sky is blue, it doesn't matter whether we see the same blue, and if the person who's come up with a diet has an in-depth knowledge of nutrition and health then it's fair to assume they are telling the truth that eating healthier is a good idea. MS can be incredibly serious, so it's best to take care of ourselves, but at the same time it doesn't mean we should live in fear of the worst case scenario. I'm not able to leave the house most of the time, so I'm thankful for the times I can. I'm in pain all the time, so I've learned to live with that pain, but that doesn't mean it wont one day be treatable, or that in time it wont get get worse. So I'm trying to to find a balance of not worrying about what could be, while at the same time, not assuming everything will be fine. It's not an easy life, but if you can find a way to be happy with the life you have, that's all that matters really
