Follow the Mediterranean in an anti-inflammatory diet. They are both similar in nature and do wonders for your myelin sheath. Omegas and fatty chain acids are key so are B12 and vitamin D supplementation. I was able to find a Mediterranean diet cookbook for beginners and it's been wonderful!
There's a whole list of things I've worked out over the years but I guess the most important things for me are avoiding anything that comes from a cow and eating plenty of black or red berries.
