@I have RRMS with bowel, bladder, pelvic floor issues. Just a couple of weeks ago, I was at the ER 3 times in 2 days because I had gone a week without having a BM. They did an xray checking for a bowel obstruction. There was no obstruction but it did show major back up. They did an enema (sorry! It was very degrading) with little results. I went back that night because I was worse and looked like I was pregnant. They did a ct scan and it showed the Sam as the xray. Another enema with no results. The next day I was even worse so I went back. I was basically told that there was nothing they could do and it was considered medically necessary to admit. I was given a Linzess pill and a cup full of oily medicine and sent home. Later that night I did go, but not much. Now, it’s been 9 days. I’ve hardly eaten anything since I don’t have an appetite. I’ve drank prune juice, hot Apple juice…. Nothing works. I have been in communication with my GI doctor which is who found that I had MS after losing complete bowel control at 49. He is on Christmas break but I plan to see the NP hopefully Monday. Does anyone have any suggestions or can anyone relate? on Shift.ms

@Dana1971 I have the same problem with going to the bathroom. I take docolax every night and in the morning I go to the bathroom for breakfast.
