Thought I would say Hi.

I am new to this platform and MS. Almost a year since getting diagnosed. It was way out of the blue. I read very little about the disease only cause I don't know much and am scared that I am going to take in the wrong information.

Hi Look the disease is not simple, But don’t over think about it if you do it gets worse, This is an advise from ms 20 yrs fighter. Don’t do awkward moves with your limbs . Don’t over stress yourself .emotionally or physically. Follow healthy diet best you can. Do some sports with neuro specialist observation . And lifestyle matters too.

Welcome to the club no one wants to join! You’re in a good place time wise and online here. My diagnosis was out of the blue too, my eye broke one day 😆 Anyhow the best place I can advise for getting info - and HUGE kudos for educating yourself!- is Dr Aaron Boster on YouTube. He is a lovely bloke, cares and runs an MS centre. He shares all sort of info and puts it in an easy way. He got me through my first year of fear and confusion. Don’t be afraid to ask anything, and if in doubt to look up peer reviewed studies on whatever you’re interested in finding out. Science is the best way to find answers and fight fear. And if you need anything any time you’re welcome to PM me here :) good luck!
