No, SPMS is steady accumulation of disability and a change in your edss score (measure of disability). The pain and spasms may be part of a relapse/flare - hopefully they settle down. Best to report them to your MS nurse if you can.

@mellowmedusa but I thought after relapse I should feel as normal as I was but pain and spasms has not stopped. pregabalin is not working either
