Work occupational health
I recently had an occupational health review at my work which stated that the building was currently not suitable for me. The wording says ‘currently not suitable ‘
My work said I have to go in or I will no be paid. I just wondered how strong an occupational health report is? Can I insist on not going into work if it’s not safe enough for me?

I would speak to HR again and ask them there reasons and why they are not lfollowing the report and state you have a disability . Hope it goes well . Google disability in the work place and MS
If you have one, get a union involved. If not, maybe CAB might point you in the right direction. Your company should make "reasonable adjustments". If they can't, and can show good reason why not then if you don't work they don't have to pay, other than sick pay of course. If your sick pay runs out you can apply for esa or universal credit which would start paying fairly quickly. Go to a benefits calculator website and plug in your details. I hope that made sense or is helpful, it's past my bedtime. Good luck, it's a tricky navigating work and MS.
