Overactive bladder

I’m really struggling with my overactive bladder. I take Oxybutinal. But cannot take any other prescription meds due to a heart issue I have. My question has any tried any alternative therapies/meds/ CBD?! That helped. Thank you

My pharmacist suggested pumpkin seeds and gave me a supplement. Hasn't really made much difference but give it a go

have you met an incontience nurse/sepacilist? I'd have thought they would be some medication which you could try, which wouldn't effect your heart issue. i have over active bladder and with time know what makes it worse (cows milk and alcohol) Every1 is different so trial different things.
