Occupational health

Occupational health at work I recently had an occupational health assessment at work. It was decided by the doctor doing it that I cannot work in certain areas of the building. This was in the report along with recommendations that risk assessments are completed. Work have had the report for 4 days. They have received an email from myself as well. They haven’t responded or acted on anything. What do I do? Can I refuse to go to work until they have taken it seriously? They have definitely received the report and my email as my manager ‘liked’ the email as her response.
@Laure

Check the human rights legislation in your province or state and see what are the requirements for employers to accommodate you. Possibly you might have to complain. But you must also look at the pros and cons.

@deano

I would wait for there response. I suspect HR are speaking to all parties involved and will get back to you. Good luck
