Blood Test Advice Please

I am doing pre-screening blood tests next month to get Ocrevus. It is notoriously difficult to get any blood out of me from my veins. I super hydrate before hand and they use the smallest needle and try both arms and hands but still nothing. Anyone got any advice on how to make it easier?

My uncle has a similar issue - just has really narrow veins. Hydrating a day or two in advance and pumping on a stress ball helps him. Still a bit of a pin cushion, but they get there in the end!

@CrashTest warming up your arm before hand can help. I had monthly bloods done after my Lemtrada treatment for 5 years and more due to extra rounds of treatment and my veins had literally had enough! I found applying a warm flannel to my arms, as advised by a nurse, helped improve the blood flow and made it easier to actually find my invisible veins.
