Flexibility & Yoga?

My legs feel so tight all of the time & can't seem to shift it. I thought about trying yoga but there are so many different types of it so I don't know where to start. Does anyone recommend any specific types of yoga to help increase my muscle flexibility and to help them stop being so tight? Thanks.
I would recommend a gentle yoga form. Maybe yin yoga. You stay in each pose for longer making the quality of the stretch better but it's not very high energy so no t too tiring. Definitely ask or shop around before you start classes. On YouTube there are also some good videos. Definitely check those about tight hips as usually this can be a root cause of tight legs.
I'd recommend body balance which is a faster version of yoga because not only does it stretch your muscles but it also trains your brain to communicate with your feet whilst balancing.
