Long term prognosis with early onset ms
Hello all,
I know that talking about long term prognosis with ms is like asking how long a piece of string is, but I'm going to try and pick your collective brains anyway!
I was diagnosed at 16 years old (rrns) and my ms probably started when I was 14 or so. I am 39 next month and although my ms is relatively quiet, I have seen online that when diagnosis occurs at a young age, most people are relatively 'healthy' for 20 years or so after which their health declines rapidly.
So I am coming up to 23 years of living with this and I am very worried that soon I am going to have a sharp decline in my overall health.
Stress is my main trigger for relapses so I really need to find a way to put my mind at rest.
Can anyone help?
Many thanks in advance you beautiful people!
:D
