Hi everyone

How are we all coping in this heat? Could anyone help me neck pain Shoulder blades pain is it a MS pain?

That really just depends. There are so many different pains that I have come and go and that aren't always the same place or frequency. I do tend to have more problems on my right side than my left but that is my weak, more affected side. Have you been to an orthopedic yet just to make sure there's nothing extra going on there? My neurologist sent me to get my neck checked because of the arm pains. It's MS .. They found nothing the orthopedic can help with but at least I know. Does the pain come and go out of it constant? Definitely talk to your neurologist about it.

Yes, consult a medical professional. FYI there is MSK physio, but also MS specific physio. You can find some seated physio for MS on YouTube. But get it clarified before trying any of them 😃
