Be Strong! Make sure you eliminate both sugar and seed oils from your daily diet. Both exacerbate the inflammation in your body. Consider Intermittent Fasting, I’ve been doing IF and it helps! Lots of exercise is good. Try to make it a point to sit outside staring at the sun for 15 minutes a couple times each day. You have alot of friends that support you and pray that you can overcome your symptoms.
