Sometimes I wake up at night thinking I’m in an earthquake but it’s just me….but I’m not shaking I just feel like it is

Yes, I felt like this the other day. It dawned on me that it could have been caused by a coffee which I purchased in a cafe with a friend though. I don't normally drink any barista style coffee, only the instant stuff you get in a jar and then I normally have loads of milk with it. May have been a coincidence, I'm going to keep an eye on my caffeine consumption.
