I just came across this sight and thought bought I would look into it . I have been diagnosed with MS. For 20 years they believe it was active younger but wasn't found . I also have fibromyalgia I'm 49 years old and I still try to live a 35 year olds life . I have four beautiful kids and four beautiful grandchildren, I run my at home childcare Monday - Friday and play on the weekends with my own children and grands some weekends I get to sleep in and rest all day I feel I pay the price in pain rather often no matter if it's a busy or lazy day .im hoping to find more outlets to help with dropping things . I can't hold or carry things on left side of my upper body. Also can't sleep so I take sleeping meds anyone else have these issues? Does anyone find things to lessen anxiety or pain ? Thank you hope everyone has a wonderful day

Hello, I was recently diagnosed and my sleep pattern sucks I’m up every 2/3 hours throughout the night and my anxiety is at an all time high! I reached out to my doctor about everything earlier today and hoping to hear back with some suggestions soon!
