Career Change Ideas

Hey everyone, I was recently diagnosed with RRMS and I’m starting to think seriously about my future career options. I’m 43, still working, and trying to be realistic about finding something stable that I can continue doing long term even if my symptoms change over time. Im currently a Local truck driver and I use heavy equipment. Im ok now doing this work, but I honestly dont want to do it long term. Its extremely hot and dusty . Sometimes 100°. I have time to maybe take evening or online classes but I dont know what would be realistic and I need to be in the 70k+ range. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. I'd love to work a hybrid job but I dont really have the skills for that atm.

Call center sales. Make more than $70k if you’re good at it.

Hmm… that’s a hard one. Have you looked into any programs your local Community College offers? I worked at Lowe’s for 2 years and they were always hiring. They have excellent benefits and you can tell them up front you can not be lifting things/and or in a hot environment. *hugs* I hope this helps!
