Tremors/spasms
Hello, does anyone get a thumb/finger tremor? I’m unsure if this is a new MS symptom I have developed. :)

I have been experiencing somewhat similar spasms in my left hand, only the last two fingers and top of the hand gets tight and stabbing pain for 20 seconds.. then it stops 🤷🏼♀️ This is new, only the last two months and it's totally random.
I have had MS since 2005 (RRMS). Only very recently did I start with the hand/finger tremors. One day, I went to reach for my toothbrush and found my thumb and first 2 fingers started gripping in a fast pulsating manner. It was so spontaneous and out of nowhere, it really stunned me. It happens every day but only when I do certain motions. I’m told this is an “essential tremor”. My doctor said it could be inherited (and based on my age of 52) but also could be an MS symptom. I don’t find it too cumbersome. But it is noticeably worse after exercise. So it is a good clue of my body telling me when to take it easy. I did notice when I’m typing at my computer my fingers sometimes seem to bounce on each key——which wreaks havoc with my spelling 😆
