mental health & MS
Hey everyone, I’m wondering if anyone could pass on any advice or information for something like counselling surrounding living with MS? 😌
I’ve recently been diagnosed and I’m having a tough time coping with the bizarre symptoms that seem to just keep snowballing. I don’t feel like I’m struggling with the label/diagnosis as such, But more the impact that the symptoms have on my every day life as it’s debilitating & exhausting. 😅
My MS nurse said the counsellor they would normally refer me to has recently left & there might be another one in the future 🤷🏻♀️but for now I don’t know who to reach out to for this specific kind of help specifically surrounding MS symptoms impacting my mental health.
Thank you 🫶🏼

Might be worth taking a look at MS-UK, they have a counselling directory. It’s not a service they offer so would be chargeable. It might also be worth speaking to your GP as they might be able to connect you with someone.
