I've been diagnosed since 2019 and I don't really think I've ever come to terms with it. I mean it is what it is but at the end of the day, if you do everything you can to help yourself and communicate well with your neurologist /nurses, then you can put it to the back of your mind. I think the key thing is to not dwell on it, don't let it consume you. By all means that may happen for a little while, but you learn to live without constantly thinking about it. It's not all doom and gloom I promise. You will have more good days than bad, I pray. That's how it is for me. Just take it easy, do what your enjoy and keep on going 💪🏽
