Magnesium glycinate has helped me to get some sleep. Some nights still suck but when I get to sleep I sleep a lot better
I had really bad sleep over the past few months - I take magnesium before bed to help with cramping. I had a meet with my MS consultant a week ago and she suggested taking gabapentin before bed - I have a low prescription that I haven't really used (100mg). Touch wood, but since taking it, I have slept like a baby. Maybe something to look into?
