Disease progression 😯
So I was wondering if anybody else's disease keeps progressing despite being on a medication for MS.

Sadly as mine went from RRMS to SPMS in under a decade I can fully concur. While they tried a plethora of meds on me the only thing that worked was steroids for the sudden slam relapses but as that went from IV to pill its reliability hit the toilet, and now no longer works, now I just live everyday as best I can.
You do know they are actually working on a possible treatment/cure, not here in the states of course, where they train the immune system to 'play nice' with myelin. Read that report/story early today in fact. If you, or anyone else, is curious; https://multiplesclerosisnewstoday.com/news-posts/2026/09/04/new-ms-cell-therapy-builds-immune-tolerance-protect-myelin/
