Has anyone tried acupuncture to help with MS? I went for my first appointment yesterday. The acupuncturist did a “gentle” first treatment with some needles on my back for about 20 min. I didn’t notice much of a change, but I did feel a bit more relaxed after. My insurance covers acupuncture treatments so I thought why not! Has anyone else tried it?
