It's there such a thing? I have high blood pressure and am on meds for it. My exhaustion is so extreme that the Dr mentioned using a stimulant to help me stay awake for a bit every day. Thing is we don't want it to raise my blood pressure. I'm currently trying amantadine but it doesn't seem to be really help much at all. I take it and can easily fall asleep an hour later.
