I have tingling along the right side of my scalp, side of face, tingling in right arm and hand plus numbness.

Been like this a month before my MS confirmation in July. Anyone know if it ever goes away or not, or if something have to learn to live with

Hi I get that I still get it but it comes and goes special when stress

@ItsMewithMS

When you were Dx did you have active inflammation? did you have a bright spot in your MRI if you had a set with and without enhancement? if you have active inflammation it is typically treated with steroids to see if it will go away and sometimes it does and sometimes it is permanent although usually fades over time. It is worth pushing back to see if possible- I had tingling in my left hand that would get to be a horrible hot itch, tingling and numbness. I had this right before a neuro appt and asked him for relief and he said it wasn't MS...he felt it was a secondary nervous system issue (MS is a central nervous issue primarily) and my lesions weren't in the right area to make him think it was MS and he encouraged me to seek out a General Dr or a Sports Dr. They took a look at me and advised therapeutic massage and/or yoga. I did both and the massage gal (who was miraculous) said I needed to see a chriro as my 1st rib wasn't staying in position and was pinching a nerve that goes to my hand...so with some PT (yoga and belly dance) my rib stayed in position and my shoulders improved mobility and strength...the issue was resolved. It isn't always MS ;-) but my issue was restricted to my hand and fingers...it is worth a check beyond MS...your neuro should be able to help you find some answers and recommend some DMTs or treatment to prevent further damage- Good luck!
