I wouldn’t rule It out just because of your diagnosis. If you are feeling up to it and take safety proportions to help with any eventualities then you should keep doing what you love for as long as you can. I assume you can manage to walk with poles or similar to help with the drop foot. I have RRMS but I’m fortunate as my walking isn’t currently affected. Aiming to carry on with long distance walking in the summer. 🤞🏼
First of all don't owerpush your power, do your walk with pleasure, when your gut saying to stop to rest then stop, because not listening to your body makes stress and it won't help you. Being outside in the nature is a big help for your soul, so it's a big yes! Just take care of yourself 🙂
