Auditory processing issues and fatigue in a heatwave

Along with 60% of us MSers I’ve been having awful fatigue in the heatwaves we’ve had here in England. This is new to me, I was diagnosed almost 2 years ago and I’ve never suffered with fatigue pre diagnosis. My biggest issue when fatigue creeps in is sensory overload? I’ve zero tolerance to any background sound, I tried so hard to nap today but the sound of someone strimming, dogs barking, engines revving made it completely impossible. It’s like someone turned up the volume on EVERYTHING. I have a three year old who is naturally very loud, and I’m finding it so difficult. I’ve got some loop earplugs which help. I’m just wanting to hear other peoples experiences with this? Am I going mad or is this a common thing? I’ve an MS nurse appointment in a few weeks.

I'm one of the 40% who don't suffer fatigue but for sleep and calming my senses, I find CBD quite good. I have a 5yo girl who still grizzles like a 3yo!!
