New to this
Hi
I thought I would introduce myself
Firstly, thank you for letting me in to your community
I have not yet been diagnosed but I have been referred to a MS specialist team by my neurologist due to having legions in both my spinal cord and brain, as well as fatigue, PEM,memory issues, spasticity in upper back(killler), and recently getting internal tremors which are starting to make hands shake also weird one but feet ligaments go tight in evening where I can’t push my toes down which is super odd,
Am in limbo stage at present I guess ,as if you from uk you will know how slow NHS take these days
Anyway, can anybody identify with my symptoms or give me your advice on dealing with where I’m at as this has all been a bit of a shock. This all started with pericarditis after small pericardial effusion then diagnosed with long COVID, in the past 2 years I’ve lost my job and gone from super healthy to a shadow of my former self which has been devastating tbh
Sorry for long post
Hi! Welcome to the group. Everyone is very friendly & helpful. I can identify with your symptoms. It doesn't necessarily mean you have MS - neurological conditions are notoriously difficult to diagnose and MS is just one of them. But on here you will find a lot of empathy & support. Hope you get some answers soon. Take care
Hi Chris, I'm in similar boat - also in UK and rewaiting for another appointment with neurologist after being signed off a year ago after finding nothing on MRIs. Bloody NHS never ending merry go round 🙄
