Lonely
I feel so lonely all the time.
I can't work anymore so don't have anything to do. I no longer have friends and rarely see my sisters. My mum gets paid to help me for 3 hours a day Mon-Fri but that's affecting our relationship and my dad moved to Dorset a few months ago. My sisters go to see him and I would love to but I can't drive very far anymore.
I feel so lonely and it's affecting my mental health a lot 😓
Does anyone else feel like this?
Isolated
Useless
Alone
Hi Becca MS definitely can make your world get smaller. If you like reading please join the MS society living well virtual book club. Would love to have us join us. I’m the cohost with Lynda (we both have MS) and we have a small group of regulars from across the UK. We read short stories so they are easy to remember and usually under a £1. More often than not we have a brief chat about the book and then have a general chat about life or living with MS. We are super friendly. Once you sign up you’ll get the monthly zoom invite and informed of the next book Copy and paste this link in you browser: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/ms-living-well-virtual-book-club-lwuk-tickets-1097251200879?utm_experiment=test_share_listing&aff=ebdsshios BW Laura
I often feel that way. When I was diagnosed 15 years ago the week of my dinosaurs I was told that I could no longer work or drive. My ability to walk is almost totally gone. So I lost so many things. I do have my little girl and I am able to drive a side-by-side around my little town "420 people little" I liss so much
